- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix together the dry ingredients.
- Combine the liquid or melted margarine and the light cream and add to the dry ingredients. Mix until even.
- Using two teaspoons, place little heaps of the dough onto an oven tray covered in baking parchment. Leave room around the cookies as they will spread in the oven.
- Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 6-8 minutes until the cookies are a beautiful golden brown.
