21/2 dlProvena Gluten Free Baking Flour with Oats
1 dlProvena Gluten Free Wholegrain Oatflour
2 tspbaking powder
1 tbspsugar
0,25 tspsalt
3,5 dlmilk
3 tbspoil

For frying:


  1. Combine the flours, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk and oil. Whisk the flour and sugar mix into the liquid ingredients.
  3. Let the batter rise for 10–15 minutes.
  4. In a frying pan over medium heat, fry 10 cm diameter pancakes. Turn the pancakes when bubbles appear on their surface. Fry until golden brown. Serve with berries, jam or maple syrup.
