Ingredients:

2 dlgluten-free flour mix
150 mlProvena Gluten-free Jumbo Oats
125 mlsugar
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspvanillin
100 gmargarin
1egg
150 mlberries or rhubarb bits

Recipe:

  1. Set the oven to 200 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the melted margarine, egg, and finally the berries. Mix the dough until smooth.
  2. Divide the dough into 14 paper pastry dishes. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes in the median plane.
