Ingredients:

100 gdark chocolate
100 gmargarine
2 dlsugar
3egg
2 dlProvena Gluten Free Wholegrain Oatflour
2 tspbaking powder
1 tspvanillin sugar

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cover a baking sheet or oven pan with baking paper (20 x 26 cm)
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
  3. Beat the sugar and margarine until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating constantly. Add the melted chocolate to the mix. Mix together the dry ingredients and whisk into the liquid until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the oven pan and spread even.
  5. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 15–20 minutes. It's okay if the brownies stay very moist in the middle. Cut into pieces once the brownies have cooled a little.
