Provena Gluten Free Baking Flour with Oats
1 1/2 dl
orange juice or milk
dark chocolate, chopped
Muffin tray or paper muffin molds
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Grease 12 Muffin column, or use paper muffin cases in support.
Mix the dry ingredients together. Whisk the eggs and sugar.
Add the foam alternately with orange juice or milk and dry ingredients. Finally, add the margarine and chocolate crumb. Stir until even.
Put the mixture into the muffin cups with two spoon.
Bake in oven median plane of about 15 minutes. Cover the baking sheet, if the muffins start to darken too much.
