Ingredients:

Bottom:

150 glactosefree margarine
3/4 dlsugar
1egg
21/2 dlProvena Gluten Free Baking Flour with Oats
1 tspbaking powder

Topping:

5-6 dlberries such as blueberries, raspberries, lingonberries (400 g)
1/2 dlsugar
1 1/2 tbsppotato starch

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Cream together the margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg. Mix together the dry ingredients and add to the egg and sugar mix. Mix until even.
  3. Press the dough into the bottom and edges of a greased pie pan (27 cm diameter).
  4. Mix together the berries, sugar and potato starch. Spread the mixture onto the base.
  5. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 30–35 minutes.
