Ingredients:

500 mlmilk
250 mlProvena Gluten Free Wholegrain Oatflour
2eggs
1/2 tspsalt
25 mlliquid margarine

For frying:

liquid margarine

Recipe:

  1. Beat the flour into the milk. Add the salt. Let rise for around 15 minutes.
  2. Add the eggs and liquid margarine.
  3. Fry small pancakes in a frying pan or blini pan. Serve with jam.
