Ingredients:

350 mlProvena Gluten-free Jumbo Oats
200 mlsuger
1 1/2 dlProvena Gluten Free Wholegrain Oatflour
2 tspbaking powder
1 1/2 tspvanillin sugar
100 mlliquid margarine
100 mllow lactose cream

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Mix together the dry ingredients.
  3. Combine the liquid or melted margarine and the light cream and add to the dry ingredients. Mix until even.
  4. Using two teaspoons, place little heaps of the dough onto an oven tray covered in baking parchment. Leave room around the cookies as they will spread in the oven.
  5. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 6-8 minutes until the cookies are a beautiful golden brown.
