Ingredients:

4 dlwater
1 bagpotato flakes (80g)
2 dlProvena Gluten Free Wholegrain Oatflour
0,5 dlliquid margarine
0,5 tspsalt

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Boil the water. Add the potato flakes. Add the oat flour, liquid margarine, and salt. Mix the dough with a wooden fork until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into ten parts. With floured hands, form low flat breads and place onto a baking sheet (diameter of around 12 cm).
  4. Prick the flat breads or use a fork to make patterns on them. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for around 15 minutes.
