Provena Gluten Free Baking Flour with Oats
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix the oats, flour mix, sugar, and baking powder together. Chop the chocolate with a knife on a cutting board and add to the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix together the egg and liquid margarine.
Mix the margarine-egg mixture into the dry ingredients with a wooden fork.
Use a spoon to take pieces of the dough and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Don't place them too close together as they spread in the oven
Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 10–13 minutes. If the cookies start to brown, cover them with baking paper.
