Ingredients:

3 dlgluten-free flour mix
150 mlProvena Gluten-free Jumbo Oats
1baking powder
0,5salt
200 mlwater
2syrup
50 gmargarine

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.
  2. Melt the margarine and let it cool. Mix the ingredients together until smooth. Allow the dough to swell a moment.
  3. Divide the dough in four pieces. With flours in your hands, pat them to flat, round breads (diameter c. 15 cm) on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Glaze with water and add some oat flakes on top.
  4. Bake in the oven at about 10 minutes.
