Ingredients:

4 1/2 dlgluten-free lour mix
3 dlProvena Gluten-free Jumbo Oats
3 dlsugar
2 tspvanillin
2 tspbaking powder
250 gmargarine
2egg

Topping:

4 dlberries

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients together. Add the melted margarine and eggs. Mix the dough until smooth.
  3. Spread the dough over a baking paper on a baking tray. Add berries on the surface (you can also use frozen berries).
  4. Bake in the oven at about 25 minutes.
