Ingredients:

1carrot
9 dlProvena Gluten-free Jumbo Oats
6 dlbuttermilk
1 dlrapeseed oil
1 tbsphoney
1 tspsalt

Topping:

1 dlgrated cheese
0,5 dlProvena Gluten-free Jumbo Oats
0,5 dlsunflower seeds

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Peel the carrot and grate it roughly.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Spread the batter onto an oven pan covered with baking paper. If you are making small, round flat breads, use a spoon to lift heaps of the dough on to the baking paper in the oven pan. Gently press them into round (diameter around 10 cm) flatbreads. First sprinkle the grated cheese on top, then the oats, and finally the sunflower seeds.
  4. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 10–12 minutes.
