2 dlwater
1 tspsalt
3 tbspoil
1 tbspdry yeast
3 dlProvena 1kg gluteeniton kaurainen jauhoseos


0,5 dlchili sauce
2 dlgrated cheese
10slices of salami
0,5bell pepper, sliced
0,5red onion, sliced
1,5 tspdried oregano


  1. Add the salt and oil to warm water. Add the dry yeast to a small amount of flour and whisk into the water. Mix the rest of the flour into the dough and knead until smooth. The dough will be a little thinner than normal pizza dough.
  2. Let rise, covered with a cloth for around 20 minutes.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Knock the air out of it. Press the dough into a round disc. Place the dough on some baking paper and roll out into a circle of around 25 cm.
  4. Spread tomato sauce on the pizza crust. Place the slices of salami, pepper and onion rings on top. Put the salami slices on top of the cheese. If you want you can sprinkle some dried oregano on the pizza.
  5. Bake at 225 degrees for 12–15 minutes.
